Williamstown Craft Market

imageI know it’s still October!

…but for those who love to be organised, you can get your Christmas shopping started at the Williamstown Craft Market this Sunday at the Commonwealth Reserve from 10am – 4pm.

The weather is cheering us on and urging us to get outdoors, (take our hay fever medication), and make the most of a glorious 29 degree day!

Don’t bother packing lunch, come & see me at the Giant Springs marquee and fill your tummy with our delicious spring rolls. On the menu: Roast Pork Belly, Peking Duck, Teriyaki Chicken, Slow Cooked Beef, Classic Vegetarian & our Gluten Free Rice Paper Rolls.

Hope to see you there,

Chita

Williamstown Craft Market – Spring in high swing!

Roast Pork Belly 8x10Giant Springs will be at the Williamstown Craft Market this Sunday (10 am-4 pm) cooking Peking Duck, Roast Pork Belly, Teriyaki Chicken and Classic Vegetarian spring rolls. Our Gluten Free Rice Paper Rolls will also be on offer; both vegan and roast chicken.

And what’s the weather like?

…18 degrees and sunny! perfect!

Williamstown on a sunny day is one the best places to be in Melbourne, certainly one of my all time favourites! The history is facinating, the architecture is stunning, the view of the city is breathtaking…and the food at the Craft Market can’t be missed!

Williamstown Craft Market

Giant Facebook squareOliver & I will be cooking up Giant Springs this Sunday at the Williamstown Craft Market. The market runs from 10am to 4pm and is set in a beautiful waterfront location on the Commonwealth Reserve, Nelsons Place. For more information you can look at their website http://www.williamstowncraftmarket.com.au/ The weather looks great, 15 degrees and only ‘possible’ showers forecast for the afternoon (after 4pm of course!)

Williamstown is steeped in history, especially maritime history, and makes for a great educational day out. And with a hot, crispy spring roll, or a gluten free rice paper roll in your hand, you can spend the day strolling by the bay, soaking up the beauty of the place.

We hope to see you there,

Chita Pacheco
