Oliver & I will be cooking up Giant Springs this Sunday at the Williamstown Craft Market. The market runs from 10am to 4pm and is set in a beautiful waterfront location on the Commonwealth Reserve, Nelsons Place. For more information you can look at their website http://www.williamstowncraftmarket.com.au/ The weather looks great, 15 degrees and only ‘possible’ showers forecast for the afternoon (after 4pm of course!)
Williamstown is steeped in history, especially maritime history, and makes for a great educational day out. And with a hot, crispy spring roll, or a gluten free rice paper roll in your hand, you can spend the day strolling by the bay, soaking up the beauty of the place.
We hope to see you there,
Sir Bacon and Giant Springs will be side by side this Sunday at Gisborne.
Sir Bacon will be cooking Marinated Pork Skewers, Marinated Chicken Skewers, and Spicy Pork Koftas. All the marinades are made fresh by us and are crazy delicious…just try and walk past when the smell of these grilled delights waft your way!
Rug up warm and come and enjoy the fresh country air in one of the most beautiful Victorian country towns. The Gisborne Market runs from 9am-2pm along the service roads of Aitken and Hamilton Streets and on Howey Reserve Gisborne.

While Oliver’s at Mornington, I’ll be cooking up brunch and lunch at the Pentridge Prison Market.
This is a fascinating market because a lot of the stall holders are actually downstairs IN THE PRISON!!!!! You can do your shopping while having a peek inside the prison cells, and finish the day knowing more than you did yesterday! I love a good dose of historical information, and you’ll certainly get some here.
I’ll be up stairs and outside enjoying a 16 degree day…perfect for cooking! So come and say hello and join me for lunch.
See you Sunday,
