“Giant Springs” are delicious spring rolls hand crafted in Melbourne with premium cuts of meat and super fresh vegetables. We’ve created many flavours over the years, but the favorites continue to be Slow Roast Pork, Roast Duck, Chicken Breast, Tandoori Chicken Breast and Classic Vegetarian/Vegan.

Our spring rolls all contain the same base mix which consists of freshly shredded vegetables, vermicelli noodles, cracked pepper and vegetarian stock; this is also the mix for the Classic Vegetarian spring rolls.

We slow roast the pork shoulder for about 4-5 hours with fresh sprigs of rosemary, garlic cloves and onion. After we slice the meat, we then mix it in with the pan juices for a more robust flavour.

We purchase genuine free-range chicken breast for our  Chicken Breast spring rolls, and after being thickly sliced, the chicken is rolled into the spring rolls with tasty shallots.

The Roast Duck has beautiful crispy skin, a beautiful aroma and a taste that is very unique. We pull all the good bits off the bone before rolling into the spring rolls.

We put an incredible amount of time, effort, passion and enthusiasm into our creations and we adore seeing beautiful fresh food being turned into crunchy parcels of deliciousness!

    1. Hi Luke, we make the gluten free rice paper rolls for the winter markets only. They need to be consumed within a few hours of being made so it makes them impossible to sell in boxes for later consumption. I’m really sorry for not having what you’re after.
      We’re still on the look out for gluten free pastry for our regular line of spring rolls (the ones in the pictures) as it would be great to have a gluten free option.

      Thanks for your question.
      Yes we can make gluten free, but only by special order that we deliver to you at your chosen market.
      If you’re celiac, we recommend you cook them at home because at the market we would be cooking them in the same woks that contain the gluten spring rolls.
      If you would like to place an order, it would be great to give us as much time as possible to prepare them as we’ll make them fresh for you before market day.

  1. Hi, I love your spring rolls but keep missing them at the markets. Can I buy them outside of the markets. Do you have an outlet anywhere. I live in Epping in Northern suburbs.

      Lovely to hear from you.
      We don’t have a shop to buy from at the moment, we make them fresh each week to take to market on the weekends.
      At the moment we’re not able to sell outside of the markets but I’ll let you know if that changes.
