“Giant Springs” are delicious spring rolls hand crafted in Melbourne with premium cuts of meat and super fresh vegetables. We’ve created many flavours over the years, but the favorites continue to be Slow Roast Pork, Roast Duck, Chicken Breast, Tandoori Chicken Breast and Classic Vegetarian/Vegan.
Our spring rolls all contain the same base mix which consists of freshly shredded vegetables, vermicelli noodles, cracked pepper and vegetarian stock; this is also the mix for the Classic Vegetarian spring rolls.
We slow roast the pork shoulder for about 4-5 hours with fresh sprigs of rosemary, garlic cloves and onion. After we slice the meat, we then mix it in with the pan juices for a more robust flavour.
We purchase genuine free-range chicken breast for our Chicken Breast spring rolls, and after being thickly sliced, the chicken is rolled into the spring rolls with tasty shallots.
The Roast Duck has beautiful crispy skin, a beautiful aroma and a taste that is very unique. We pull all the good bits off the bone before rolling into the spring rolls.
We put an incredible amount of time, effort, passion and enthusiasm into our creations and we adore seeing beautiful fresh food being turned into crunchy parcels of deliciousness!
