This Sunday marks the start of the Queenscliffe Market 2014-2015 season!
From 9am – 2pm, Lower Princess Park in Queenscliffe is transformed into a bustling craft market full of clever creations…and delicious food!
Giant Springs will be there with Roast Pork Belly, Peking Duck, Teriyaki Chicken & Classic Vegetarian spring rolls, as well as Gluten Free Rice Paper Rolls.
Well…the word “spectacular” comes to mind, 28 degrees and sunny, oh yeah!
Hope to see you there,
Chita & Oliver
Giant Springs will be at the Williamstown Craft Market this Sunday (10 am-4 pm) cooking Peking Duck, Roast Pork Belly, Teriyaki Chicken and Classic Vegetarian spring rolls. Our Gluten Free Rice Paper Rolls will also be on offer; both vegan and roast chicken.
And what’s the weather like?
…18 degrees and sunny! perfect!
Williamstown on a sunny day is one the best places to be in Melbourne, certainly one of my all time favourites! The history is facinating, the architecture is stunning, the view of the city is breathtaking…and the food at the Craft Market can’t be missed!

Giant Springs and Sir Bacon were at this prestigious event that graces the Fun Run calendar each year, and what an event it was!
The de Castella Run for Mental Health was held at Xavier College’s Burke Hall Campus, and we were fortunate enough to have this incredible building ‘watching over us’ as we set up in the dark, early hours of Sunday morning.
The event raised over $67,000, with the proceeds going to the Monash Alfred Psychiatry Research Centre. A wonderful result!
If you want to participate next year, follow the run on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/decastellarunformentalhealth?fref=ts
The run is held on the last Sunday in August & kicks off the Fun Run season; & it’s held in a beautiful location! All up, it was a brilliant day!
