I’m off to Caulfield Farmers Market tomorrow situated at the Racecourse. I’ll hopefully dodge the occasional light rain and enjoy a beautiful top temperature of 21degrees, perfect weather for crispy spring rolls!
“Held in the Kambrook Rd carpark there will be plenty of fresh seasonal produce including organics, some truly unique value added goods and a selection of street food for you to choose from.”
Looking forward to this one, Caulfield is a beautiful suburb and I always enjoy driving through its back streets, lots of great architecture!
||4th Sunday of every month.
||Caulfield Racecourse, Kambrook Rd Carpark, Corner Kambrook Rd and Station St, Caulfield.
||$2 entry, children free.
I’ll be at the Eltham Market this Sunday from 8:30 – 1pm, Panther Place Eltham.
The sun will be out, the birds will be singing, the train to Hursbridge will trundle past and scare the heck out of me! (why aren’t I used to that yet??!!!). Gosh I love Eltham!
On the menu will be Peking Duck, Eye Fillet Beef, Roast Pork Belly, Teriyaki Chicken & Classic Vegetarian (vegan).
Hope to see you there!
This Sunday the Flemington Racecourse will be rockin with sunny skies, live music, awesome stalls…and of course our spring rolls!
Craft Markets Australia put on a truly professional market and the best of the best are there, in fact we’re quite chuffed to included in the mix 🙂
Oliver will there cooking Peking Duck, Eye Fillet Beef, Roast Pork Belly, Teriyaki Chicken & Classic Vegetarian (vegan). I’m currently so in love with the Teriyaki Chicken, it’s my new favourite (maybe because I make the marinade…bias?? nah!)
Look forward to seeing you there.
While Oliver’s at Mornington, I’ll be cooking up brunch and lunch at the Pentridge Prison Market.
This is a fascinating market because a lot of the stall holders are actually downstairs IN THE PRISON!!!!! You can do your shopping while having a peek inside the prison cells, and finish the day knowing more than you did yesterday! I love a good dose of historical information, and you’ll certainly get some here.
I’ll be up stairs and outside enjoying a 16 degree day…perfect for cooking! So come and say hello and join me for lunch.
See you Sunday,
This Sunday from 9am – 2pm, The Mornington Racecourse is a hive of activity with thousands of discerning market-goers visiting for the day. This market has an exceptional selection of market stalls and never fails to excite me with its diversity.
Oliver will be there enjoying an expected temperature of 16 degrees. That’s a good temperature for eating spring rolls!
We have a new flavour that we’ll be trialling: Teriyaki Chicken Breast. We make the marinade ourselves with lots of garlic and ginger and it’s super yummy!
Hope to see you there.
P.S The picture below is our Tandoori Chicken Breast, it looks almost the same except the Teriyaki marinade makes the chicken much darker in colour.
