COOK AT HOME

Shallow Fry

**NEVER THAW YOUR SPRING ROLLS** Pour about 1 centimetre of oil into a fry pan. Turn heat to medium & wait for oil to heat up. When you place the spring rolls into the pan they should bubble away happily. You should be able to cook each side for about 5-6 minutes, so adjust heat as you go. After about 25-30 minutes, crisp each end to finish them off.

Oven Bake

**NEVER THAW YOUR SPRING ROLLS** Preheat your oven to about 200 degrees celcius. The spring rolls must go into a hot oven, this seals the skin & holds the spring roll together. Baste the spring rolls with oil & place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. After 15 minutes, turn over & baste the spring rolls with more oil. Reduce temperature to about 180 for another 15 minutes.

Air Fryer

**NEVER THAW YOUR SPRING ROLLS** Place spring roll on baking paper & baste with oil. Cook for 15 minutes on 180 degrees celcius, turn the spring roll over, baste with more oil & cook for a further 15 minutes.

BBQ Buns - pork & vegan

METHOD 1 - Place buns in a steaming basket over simmering water, steam for 20 - 30 minutes. This method reults in a fluffy bun. METHOD 2 - Sprinkle with water & microwave for around 2-4 minutes. (This method doesn't result in a fluffy bun but will heat it through). You can finish your microwaved buns off over steaming water, this will reduce cooking time, and create a fluffy bun.
